Some users find NJStar Communicator icon disappears in the System Tray and double clicking on the desktop icon does not bring up NJStar. Actually NJStar is already running, it might be hidden in the system tray.

To keep NJStar red "nan" icon viewable in System Tray, please right click somewhere in the system tray, then select "properties" and do one of the followings:

1. Uncheck the "Hide inactive icons", then it will automatically show all icons available in System Tray.
2. Alternatively, you can just allows NJStar icon to be shown. Simply press the "Customize" button, click on NJStar icon on the list, select "Always shown" option on the right column, then NJStar icon will be kept showing in the System Tray.
