I can not print from NJStar WP, and get a blank page in Print Preview.
It seems that you are using a network printer rather than a local printer.
When you print from NJStar WP to a network printer, you need to install a local printer driver for that network printer. Such requirement is specific to NJStar WP because it is designed as an "emulator" software and print directly to locally connected printer.
Please talk to your network administrator to do the following for your computer to print from NJStar WP.
- install a printer driver;
- map the local printer port LPT1: to the network printer queue.
Now, if you print again from NJStar WP, the result will be OK. And you should also see the printout page from "Print Preview" command rather than a blank page.
