I can not print from NJStar WP because File - Print and the icon for Print are grayed out.

There are two possibilities:

  1. You have been using the 30 days free evaluation version, and the evaluation period has expired. If this is the case, please order your registered version of NJStar from "http://www.njstar.com/cms/orders".
     
  2. If the first case does not apply to you, please do a "File" - "Printer Setup" first, then you will be able to print.
