How come I can not use "bold" and "italics" for Chinese and Japanese text?
Unlike with English letters, if you apply boldface to a complex Chinese/Japanese character, it might turn into an indecipherable blob. If you know the language, you might still be able to read it, but it is strenuous for the eyes and it does nto look good at all.
Bolding is much less used with Asian characters than with other scripts. Where boldface is required, it is usually replaced with a larger size character (for example, from normal size 11 to size 14), or by using a different/bold style font such as "Hei Ti" font.
HOWTO: enter special European accent characters in NJStar WP

Note: Since Pinyin tones and European accent characters share same code range in NJStar, they can NOT be used at same time. That is why the option is for.
I can not print from NJStar WP because File - Print and the icon for Print are grayed out.
There are two possibilities:
- You have been using the 30 days free evaluation version, and the evaluation period has expired. If this is the case, please order your registered version of NJStar from "http://www.njstar.com/cms/orders".
- If the first case does not apply to you, please do a "File" - "Printer Setup" first, then you will be able to print.
I can not print from NJStar WP, and get a blank page in Print Preview.
It seems that you are using a network printer rather than a local printer.
When you print from NJStar WP to a network printer, you need to install a local printer driver for that network printer. Such requirement is specific to NJStar WP because it is designed as an "emulator" software and print directly to locally connected printer.
Please talk to your network administrator to do the following for your computer to print from NJStar WP.
